1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of alaintapiero.com and the services offered through it, operated by Alain Tapiero PA. By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Our Services

We provide real estate brokerage and advisory services. Information on the Site, including property listings, is provided for general information only, may change without notice, and should be independently verified. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer, a professional opinion, or advice on which you should rely without consulting us directly.

3. SMS Text Messaging Terms of Use

Use of SMS text messaging. We use SMS text messaging to respond to enquiries, to send replies from your agent, to provide property information, and to confirm, remind you of, or notify you of changes to appointments relating to your enquiry.

Consent. You will only receive text messages from us if you have provided your mobile number and separately agreed to receive them. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase and is never required in order to submit a form or to receive our services.

Unsubscribing. You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send you one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, after which you will receive no further messages from us. If you wish to rejoin, sign up again as you did the first time and we will resume sending messages.

Assistance. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging programme, reply HELP for assistance, or contact us directly at alain@equipetapiero.com.

Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Frequency and rates. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency may vary. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.

Privacy. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details of how we handle your information.

4. Your Use of the Site

You agree not to use the Site unlawfully, to interfere with its operation or security, to attempt unauthorised access to any part of it, or to collect information from it by automated means without our written permission.
